Can I import my Milanote boards?

Yes! We offer a free Chrome extension called Notera Importer that exports your Milanote boards into a JSON format. You can then import these files directly into Notera from your dashboard. The importer guide is available in the Help menu and when you click the Import button.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to your dashboard settings and click on "Billing". Choose the Pro plan and complete the checkout. Your new limits will apply immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Cancel any time from your billing settings and you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free tier. Your existing boards stay accessible even if you are over the Free limits — you just cannot create new boards or cards until you are back within them.

Is there a student discount?

Yes! We offer a discount for students. Simply email support@notera.so with proof of enrollment (e.g. a student ID or .edu email) and we'll apply a discount to your account.

Is my data secure?

Your connection to Notera is encrypted (HTTPS), and uploaded files and connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest. Database permission rules restrict every record to the people entitled to it, file access uses scoped links that expire, and privileged administrative actions are logged. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full detail.

Where is my data stored?
